For faculties of similar majors:
- The student must have passed his/her current academic year at the faculty from which he/she wishes to transfer.
- Transfer students must not exceed 20% of the total admitted students at the faculty.
- The priority goes to the students of higher grades.
- The student must have his/her secondary education certificate from a school within the geographical range of the university.
- The faculty does not accept transfer request before the start of the academic year.
- The faculty, in rare cases, can still accept transfer request four weeks into the first semester.
- 4th/5th-year students cannot transfer to five-years- faculties.
- Transfer Students files will not be accepted until they are accredited by the authorized body; University President, or his deputy.
- Total secondary education grades must be equal to or more than the minimum acceptance grades of the faculty he/she wishes to transfer to. (according to the assortment office)
- The student must have his/her secondary education certificate from a school within the geographical area of the university.
- Transfer students at the Faculty of Nursing SCU are regional, whereby the transfer rules only support the students who have earned their secondary education certificate from a high school in Ismailia.
- Students who hold equivalent certificates are transferred only after informing the Assortment Office in Cairo of the case to make sure that the total grades condition has been met and to check If the faculty's capacity allows more students to be enrolled or not.
- The student must be a resident within the geographical area of the university. His/her address must be stated in the assortment form.
- Transferring rules and regulations support students who are enrolled in academic institutions recognized and accredited by the Supreme Universities Council.
- Student's total grades must be meeting the faculty's acceptance grades condition.
- Transfer Students files will not be received until they are accredited by the authorized body; University President, or his deputy.
