Vision 
The vision of the medical–surgical nursing department is to graduate professional nurses to be a reference for international medical-surgical nursing compatible with undergraduate national quality standards.


Mission 
The mission of the medical-surgical nursing department is to offer professional nurses able to be critical thinkers, community-oriented, professional role models, responsible leaders/managers, and effective health educators. Moreover, to practice skills within the ethical and legal framework of the profession. Provide preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services to the community. Contribute to the research process.
